Terms & Conditions

Any person who is willing to be a member (whether life time or trustee) of Dr. Ambedkar Anusuchit Jati Adhikari-Karmchari Association (AJAK), Rajasthan (here in after called as ‘society’)is required to accept the following terms and conditions before starting online registration process and declare that:

1. I am member of a scheduled caste in Rajasthan bearing valid scheduled caste certificate issued by the government authorities as per applicable law.
2. I have full faith in ideology of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.
3. I am committed towardsobjectives of Dr. Ambedkar Anusuchit Jati Adhikari-Karmchari Association (AJAK), Rajasthan.
4. I am willing to extend my support to Dr. Ambedkar Anusuchit Jati Adhikari-Karmchari Association (AJAK), Rajasthan in terms of time and money.
5. I have not been convicted, for any offence, by any court of law in India.
6. I have full faith in constitution of India and integrity of the nation.
7. I understand that a member cannot be an officer bearer of society unless and until he/she is elected or nominated as per constitution of the society although every member has equal opportunity in this regard.
8. I shall pay all the dues (to be accrued in future, if any) and society shall be free to suspend/terminate my membership, if the dues are not paid in the time period given by the society.
9. I understand that membership is granted by competent authority of the society, on its sole discretion, after completion of registration process and submission of required fee. The decision of the society, shall be final, in this regard.

I have read all above terms and condition and accept that if the above declaration is found false at any point of time, my membership may be declined/suspended/terminated without any prior notice and fee once paid shall not be refunded, in addition to other course of action as per prevailing law of the land.
